★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basura de empresa, van varias veces que me quedan mal con mi pedido personalizado, tanto en la entrega como la calidad esperada del producto y aún así, sigo cayendo porque lamentablemente no hay mucha competencia local en cuanto a disponibilidad de sucursales y horarios.. incluso ya también sus precios se han incrementado mucho, por lo tanto esperas por lo menos recibir un producto de calidad, siendo todo lo contrario porque hasta son más pequeños los pasteles ahora! Y ni te molestes en meter una queja o reclamo porque jamás nadie te va a resolver nada..
Company rubbish, there have been several times that I have been wrong with my personalized order, both in terms of delivery and the expected quality of the product and even so, I keep falling because unfortunately there is not much local competition in terms of availability of branches and hours... even Their prices have also increased a lot, therefore you expect at least to receive a quality product, being quite the opposite because the cakes are even smaller now! And don't bother filing a complaint or claim because no one will ever solve anything for you.
