A finales de los años 1800 fue fundado San Rafael, Veracruz por unos franceses provenientes de Champlitte, Francia ubicado en la región "Haute-Saône". Dentro de las tradiciones que se han conservado hasta nuestras fechas están el gusto por la buena comida y el buen sabor. Hace 36 años el fundador de los que hoy es Pastelería Champlitte, inició con su primer establecimiento en donde se creaban los mejores postres y pasteles, siempre conservando los sabores y la calidad de la Cultura Francesa. En la búsqueda de nuevos horizontes Pastelería Champlitte llega al Puerto de Veracruz para traer consigo nuestas delicias como los Tutis, Rosca de Nata, Cubiletes y Pasteles que nos hicieron famosos por su mezcla única entre la Repostería Francesa y la Veracruzana.

Pero el Domingo fui a la sucursal Bolívar y me estafaron no me dieron tiquet y fuero 570$ cuando en otras sucursales no pago arriba de 400$ la verdad la chica se aprovecho de que Yo hiba al teléfono y mi marido con la niña cuando me dio el cambio me di cuenta pensando que había pagado con 500$ más grande fue mi sorpresa cuando me dijo que pagó con 600$ OJO administrativo le pedí el tiquet y me dijo que no abia royo de imprecion

But on Sunday I went to the Bolívar branch and they scammed me, they did not give me a ticket and it was $570 when in other branches I did not pay more than $400.
