★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los platillos típicos tabasqueños, un tamal obviamente de masa y con carne de puercos, el cual fue cocido en olla con el calor y vapor. Este viene en hojas, se acompaña con salsa roja picante que en su mayoría es tomate la base, si lo comes en el lugar en un plato te vierten la salsa en mayor cantidad que si lo pides para llevar, donde te dan una porción en una bolsita de platico. Recomendable por el costo de $16 por una unidad.
 It is one of the typical Tabasco dishes, a tamale obviously made of dough and with pork meat, which was cooked in a pot with heat and steam. This comes in sheets, it is accompanied with a spicy red sauce that is mostly tomato based, if you eat it on the spot on a plate they pour the sauce on you in greater quantity than if you order it to take away, where they give you a portion in a plastic bag. Recommended for the cost of $16 for one unit.
