I went to Dara and she did a complete color change and not only did she hit the color exactly as I was looking for it but she left it soft, silky and shiny! Excellent place for color change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de este salón se ha mantenido por mucho tiempo, en particular recomiendo a Daratoy (o Dara) quien es un estilista fenomenal. Se adapta perfecto a la personalidad del cliente, desde lo más conservador hasta lo más alocado, pero siempre cuidando la salud del cabello. Lo recomiendo mucho.
The quality of this salon has been maintained for a long time, I particularly recommend Daratoy (or Dara) who is a phenomenal stylist. It adapts perfectly to the client's personality, from the most conservative to the most crazy, but always taking care of the health of the hair. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me a fortune but they did my hair real bad. I wanted purple but it was pink and orange the first day. I had to go the second day and they dyed it a bright ridiculous lilac. I didn’t complain much but the next day the color came off after washing and I was left with mismatched, multi colored hair. So I went on the third day again and spoke to them politely about giving me 65% of the cost back since I would need to get it redone. Alejandra was extremely rude and proud and refused. She offered me 35% back but said I needed to come back another day for that. She did offer me to fix my hair but I refused because if it didn’t work after having gone there for two straight days it wasn’t going to work the third day. I think this salon is okay for men but if you need a hair cut or want to get your hair dyed, you should stay as far away from it as possible! This is the first time I have been treated so unfairly by a salon. If I had paid a reasonable price, I would be okay and accepting of the fact that mistakes do happen and your hair doesn’t turn out the way you wished it to sometimes. I am highly disappointed by the altitude and action of Alejandra while Alberto, the hairdresser is actually a very nice person. I feel robbed. Go there only if they charge you a reasonable price. And don’t pay until your final work is done.
