★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food at reasonable prices, wonderful service, great owner. Prices for food can be high in the Maya Riviera area and Ricardo's place was very reasonable and delicious. We had a great meal and a really enjoyable time with Ricardo and the staff. It is a nice place to stop after spending time at Chichen Itza or on the way to Merida. I'd highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great little place! We decided to head to Leona Vicario for lunch after spending the morning at Cenote siete bocas. We stumbled upon this place and it was great! They have a great chef who makes their huge tortillas from scratch. The owner was more than gracious and came out and helped us decide what to order. We had a family of five who all had something different and it was all very good. We will stop in next time we go through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great little restaurant just a 30-45 minute drive from Cancun. The owner speaks fluent English and our server was very patient with my broken Spanish! Today we went for lunch before flying back home and it was our server’s second day and she was phenomenal, sweet, friendly and attentive.
Highly recommend this cozy little gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just passing by and came to this village to tank our scooter but we also wanted to grab some snacks. Eventually we end up in Chan y Chon and got perfect meal, with fresh and home made ingredients! Plus the staff was super friendly!
