★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato con los perritos, el personal muy amable. Te envían fotos y videos todos los días y si les preguntas como están te graban un vídeo en ese momento. En general súper recomendable las instalaciones limpias las camitas amplias.
Good treatment with puppies, very friendly staff. They send you photos and videos every day and if you ask them how they are they record a video at that moment. In general, the clean facilities, the spacious beds, are highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar increíble, mi perrijo se la pasa increíble, lo tratan con mucho amor y cuidados. Lo recomiendo al 1000%. Venimos desde Oaxaca cada periodo vacacional y es un hotel donde el vive toda la experiencia de descanso, diversión y compañerismo con otros perritos.

Envían videos diarios para que sepas cómo está tu mascota, son súper amables y se nota que aman lo que hacen. Mi perrito se acopló súper bien y regreso súper feliz. Definitivamente lo volvería a llevar a guardería y hotel. ??
The best place to leave your puppy, they give you peace of mind to do your activities or trips. They send daily videos so you know how your pet is doing, they are super friendly and you can tell they love what they do. My puppy got along super well and came back super happy. I would definitely take him to nursery and hotel again. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor estancia para dejar a lo más valioso que tenemos que es mi perrita, Michel es la mejor cuidadora y persona más amoroso que conozco para con las mascotas, mi perrita iby se siente feliz en su escuielita. La dejamos por 5 días en Chantli (su primer vez que se quedaba fuera de casa) y todo muy bien.
The best stay to leave the most valuable thing we have, which is my dog, Michel is the best caregiver and most loving person I know towards pets, my dog iby feels happy in her little school. We left her for 5 days in Chantli (her first time staying away from home) and everything went very well.

Recomiendo ampliamente Chantli hotel, de verdad quedé muy contenta y será mi hotel y guardería de cabecera!
The attention is incredible and they take good care of the furry ones. My dog Themis looked very happy in the follow-up videos they sent me, even though it was her first time away from home.
I highly recommend Chantli hotel, I was really happy and it will be my main hotel and nursery!

Encontramos a Chantli por casualidad, fuimos a conocer las instalaciones y nos animamos a dejarla en guardería algunos días. El trato que les dan a los perritos es muy bueno, se nota el cariño que les dan, además de que te mantienen al tanto de tu perrito. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
My dog is complicated, very attached to us and nowhere was she calm. We found Chantli by chance, we went to see the facilities and decided to leave her in day care for a few days. The treatment they give to the puppies is very good, you can see the affection they give them, in addition to keeping you up to date with your puppy. I highly recommend it.
