Su fiesta patronal se celebra el día 17 de enero y los habitantes del barrio llevan a sus mascotas a la tradicional bendición de animales. En los barrios originarios de Culhuacan, las festividades patronales se recorren al fin de semana cuando éstas caen en días hábiles.

El lugar tiene una arquitectura muy rara, noches antigua, no tiene tanto adorno en edificio, porque se nota fue construida como iban avanzando en recursos económicos, hasta su torre se nota rara.
Pero es de gran apoyo a la comunidad que ahí se reúne.
