Cada año ha ido creciendo el número de alumnos, por lo que se espera un crecimiento en las opciones que ofrece.

Actualmente se sigue en desarrollo y remodelación, tiene pocos años de haber sido construida, y a pesar de su poco tiempo, ya son 4 generaciones qué han estado aquí. Se puede decir que es una sede muy básica, pero está cuenta con los servios básicos de cualquier institución, tiene un muy buen nivel de educación, digno de la UACh. En esta sede se cursa el Nivel PROPEDEUTICO, en el cuál se ponen al corriente con la prepa Agrícola de la sede central.
