★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pedimos la orden de hamburguesas con especificaciones que ignoraron, las prepararon como quisieron, según nos iban a preguntar después con que las queríamos pero nos preguntaron sino hasta después de haberlas hecho. Acto seguido procedieron a "quitarles" los ingredientes que desde un principio habíamos especificado que no queríamos. Las envolvieron pésimo y aunque les hicimos la observación no nos hicieron caso. Pésimo servicio.
We asked them for the order of hamburgers with specifications that they ignored, they prepared them as they wanted, according to what they were going to ask us later with what we wanted them but they asked us until after they had made them. They then proceeded to "remove" the ingredients that from the beginning we had specified that we did not want. They wrapped them badly and although we made the observation, they did not pay attention to us. Terrible service.
