★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre esta prendido, a diferencia de otros que están apagados o no sirven, le doy 4 estrellas porque debería de tener instrucciones de como usarlo, claro, me refiero a si se debe pagar por usarlo y como se paga el servicio, el plug entrada universal.
