★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy mala, las señoritas tienen una actitud muy indiferente, tardaron mucho en servir la pizza y eso que fue en el salon 47 minutos, la pizza tiene un sabor muy genérico y están muy chicas, incluso para las bebidas tardaron mucho y no había mucha gente. Una lástima que el servicio halla decaído tanto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer mi pedido para llevar y me dijeron que estaba de 20 a 30 min y se tardaron 58 min. Al llegar a mi domicilio probé el espagueti gratinado con jamon y estaba sin sabor y muy seco. Hace una semana con un familiar hicimos pedido en la sucursal de lago de Guadalupe y hay una diferencia muy grande. Ojalá mejoren ese aspecto
I went to place my order to go and they told me it was 20 to 30 min and it took 58 min. When I got home I tried the gratin spaghetti with ham and it was tasteless and very dry. A week ago with a family member we ordered at the Lago de Guadalupe branch and there is a very big difference. I hope they improve that aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustaban tanto como a mi familia. Pero ahora que salió la de chorizo de Pamplona.. riquísima! Además tienen juegos para los niños desde bebes a los grandecitos. Lo malo es que *no aceptan tarjeta*. Abierto después de medio día
I didn't like them as much as my family. But now that the Pamplona chorizo came out... delicious! They also have games for children from babies to adults. The downside is that *they don't accept cards*. open after noon

Debes llevar efectivo forzosamente.
En algunas otras sucursales te permiten llevar tu bebida pues sus opciones a veces no son de mi agrado. Pero ahora no te lo permiten. Eso hace que últimamente prefiera ir a otra sucursal.

Los juegos de los niños son aceptables.
It's a busy place on the weekends, but the pizzas are nice and the staff is friendly. You must take time because they usually take a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lentos, los preparadores de las pizzas sin cubrebocas y no pido que se ponga por el COVID, sino porque está. Preparando alimentos. Y principalmente hombres, es la tercera sucursal que visitó y pasa lo mismo están con sus risotadas y abriendo la boca a todo lo que da. Y preparando mis pizzas. Vi que le dan preferencia a las entregas a domicilio me tardaron 40 minutos para entregarme y eso por qué puse mi jeta a la que está en el teléfono sino me tarda más.
