Their cakes are delicious. Their creations are great, they can make cakes with the personalized decoration that one asks for. The attention was very nice. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charme baked my cake for my wedding and although it was very delicious, the cake was lopsided. It was a naked cake and I take it that the bakery did not have any experience baking these types of cakes. I was surprised that the cake had no inner structure, as that would be something a good baker should know. I gave three stars because, there's no excuse that the cake was falling over when we tried to cut it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cake details were exactly like the image that I sent him. I was able to coordinate the cake, its details, and delivery via email. I don't live in Puerto Vallarta and was there for a friend's trip and I was glad that I was able to easily get this done. The cake was as just as good as it looked. Very professional and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place. We ordered a Narwhal cake and cupcakes to match. Flavor was delicious and cake was very moist. Frosting was really good as well. Thank you for the awesome cake.
