★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, for anyone from the United States looking for convenience. The owner is hard to work negotiate with. I submitted my measurements for a simple blue suit with botonadura. They first made a suit that was embroidered, then made the correct one. But when I received my order, it arrived a week later. When I paid for next day shipping. I was told because they forgot to send it. And the suit didn’t fit, it fit two sizes small. I had another suit made by El Charro, and received it accurately. As a warning, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHARRERIA CASTILLO. They are frauds! You will have a horrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horrible!! My experience with Charreria Castillo has been a stressful experience from beginning to end. From trying to pay them, the person in charge of taking my order not being to keen on details ( I asked for a simple blue suit with no embroidery, and the kid had one made embroidered!), to them sending my order out late because they had forgotten about my order!! I got my order in a week later, the suit fit me two sizes smaller than what I had submitted. The owner will not assume responsibility, and will not Taylor make another suit for me.I have never been so disgusted by a service before!! I found them on google and trusted them because of there reviews. They totally suck!!!
