Si bien la ubicación es buena, por estar cerca de las ruinas y por estar dentro de una vegetación frondosa, el servicio ha sido pésimo. Como el wifi no llega a la habitación, nos acercamos a pedir a la recepción y no nos quisieron pasar la clave. Pretendían colocarla ellos a mano en nuestro celular, a lo que nos negamos porque no tenía ningún derecho de utilizar mi teléfono por un capricho, su respuesta fue tratarnos de payasos. Por otro lado, al dejar las mochilas a resguardo nos advirtieron de no dejar documentación dentro. Por último, al irnos solicitamos un poco de agua del botellón, a lo que nos indicaron que podíamos pedir en el Restaurant que se encuentra al lado, al pedir salía el triple que en Oxxo. Vergonzoso el servicio
I do not recommend it at all
Although the location is good, being close to the ruins and being within lush vegetation, the service has been lousy. As the Wi-Fi does not reach the room, we approached the reception to ask and they did not want to give us the key. They intended to place it by hand on our cell phone, which we refused because I had no right to use my phone on a whim, their response was to treat us as clowns. On the other hand, when leaving the backpacks safe, they warned us not to leave documentation inside. Finally, when we left we asked for a little water from the bottle, to which they told us that we could ask at the Restaurant that is next door, when we asked for it, it came out three times as much as in Oxxo. disgraceful service
