Hace aproximadamente un año trámite un crédito para una casa, me pidieron 200 para apartar una casa, pero es un nefasto servicio, desde los asesores y también los jefes,siempre que vas te dan un pésimo servicio, siempre se llenan de pretextos absurdos con las de justificar su poco profesionalismo, si te interesa comprar una casa mi consejo es no lo hagas aquí, ya que se tardan años y si te interesa eres tú quien realmente tiene que dar el seguimiento, porque ellos una vez que ya te sienten segura, ni te pelan para dar un seguimiento y si les dices que quieres cancelar tampoco te devuelven tu dinero del apartado, ya que te dicen que es imposible x politicas de la empresa, obviamente esto es un robo, porque conozco más casos a los cuales les hicieron lo mismo solo se quedan con tu dinero los asesores son unas pésimas personas y como tiene no parentesco con los jefes nadie hace nada, las oficinas de venta son las de casas quma.

A pesar de la mala reputación que pueda tener el lugar, este sitio es suficientemente seguro aunque no se deben dejar de tomar las precauciones necesarias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te comentan nada de la inseguridad que tienen en su fraccionamiento, ni mucho menos que sus casas se van cuarteando y te dicen que es por acentamientos, su garantía es ir a ponerle pasta a tu cuarteadura, casas las entregan con el drenaje tapado sin salida a los ductos principales del drenaje público, muchas cosas que en realidad no te dicen, si compras en este conjunto habitacional que te resuelvan todas tus dudas, aparte el auto guía solo pasa por lo bonito de Chavarria, pregúntenle a la gente que vive en el fraccionamiento antes de comprar
