★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tengo 2 horas esperando el inflable y nada que llega, los teléfonos no los atienden, pero eso sí bien prestos para pedir adelanto del servicio. Para mí es una malísima experiencia de compra, porque es el día que destinamos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo y tenemos a los niños esperando y tiempo medido. La verdad les falta mucha organización a los dueños. Si no pueden atender bien deberían ser honestos al decir no puedo atenderte y así poder buscar otros proveedores.
Terrible service, I have 2 hours waiting for the inflatable and nothing that arrives, the phones do not answer them, but that is very ready to request advancement of the service. For me it is a very bad shopping experience, because it is the day we set aside to celebrate my son's birthday and we have the children waiting and measured time. The truth is that the owners lack a lot of organization. If they cannot serve well they should be honest in saying I cannot serve you so that I can find other providers.
