★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que un plato de birria te lo sirvan en 30 minutos y ponen su escusa de qe son alimentos preparados al momento, pues no creo que preparen la birria por plato. Les pedí que me tomaran la orden y de buena manera y el mesero todavía se pone a discutir conmigo como si le estuviera pidiendo que me sirva antes que los que están adelante de mi. La verdad he probado mejores birrias con un tiempo de espera bajisimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una birria si parecida a la de jalisco, solo que creo que se les olvido un poquito que los tacos son de tortilla normal (tamaño) y que el consome esta incluido con los tacos creo que falta también la cebolla guisada como los puestos de Guadalajara o Zapopan. Creo y solo creo si incluyeran esto tendrán más afluencia de clientes.
It's a birria if similar to the one from Jalisco, only I think they forgot a little bit that the tacos are normal tortilla (size) and that the consommé is included with the tacos I think the stewed onion is also missing like the Guadalajara stalls or Zapopan. I believe and I only believe if they include this they will have more influx of clients.

Los tacos de tripa son lo máximo, la quesa birria uufff magnifica, el consome delicioso. Si quieres probar los tacos de todo te recomiendo pedir el consome sólo, pero si vas por el consome con birria definitivamente pide el plato grande. Sólo que piénsalo bien porque los tacos son muy buenos jeje. Seguro después de comer, querrás acostarte a dormir.
