He helped the new chefs work out their kinks with the Argentinian meat preparation. Sadly, we left right before hurricane Agatha and don't know the state of the restaurant but definitely go there. Or to the same restaurant in Hualtaco.

We shared the Short Ribs (no one person could eat it all). The meat was cooked perfectly, and PLENTY of it. The setting is a beautiful back garden scenario which is a welcome distraction from passing traffic, and the waiter fell over himself to make sure we had everything we needed. Get down there for dinner now.

When you walk in, there's a nice courtyard with tables and in the very back, a section with stones and pillows/cushions so that you can comfortably sit on the ground to enjoy your meal. Came with 7 people and we all enjoyed it. Nice vibe.
