El dia de ayer sufri un altercado en este supermercado donde el GERENTE de TIENDA se puso Grosero y Prepotente asi como el Personal de Seguridad. Queria comprar un Producto y no querian respetar Costo ni cantidad que llevaba en el carrito, intente mediar con ellos haciendo uso de 3 Articulos de la Ley del Consumidor )Profeco) que tienen en el mostrador de atencion al cliente. INDICA LA LEY: TE DEBEN RESPETAR LOS PRECIOS EXHIBIDOS DE LOS PRODUCTOS O SERVICIOS. NO TE DEBEN CONDICIONAR LA VENTA DE PRODUCTOS O SERVCIIOS POR NINGUN MOTIVO. DEBEN RESPETAR LAS PROMOCIONES Y OFERTAS. Por lo que Chedraui Acayucan INCUMPLE la LEY !!! Ademas todo el personal, supervisores, vigalentes esconden su GAFETE para no ser Denunciados ante corportativo y autoridades tambien es completamente ILEGAL esta practica si el cliente pide que se identifiquen deben hacerlo. Por todo esto se PROCEDE a realizar DENUNCIA ante PROFECO, CORPORATIVO y se hace Publica la Queja ... Esperando que el Personal sea Sancionado en Expulsión o sin Salario por no hacer su Trabajo y no Respetar la LEY. DECLINED CHEDRAUI ACAYUCAN BEFORE PROPHECO. Exijo tengan respeto ala privacidad.
