M	Martha Barrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las etiquetas no coninciden con el precio que te cobran. En un solo tiquet puedes encontrar varios errores. De 2 a 2.50 pesos de diferencia. Y si no te das cuenta te hacen robo hormiga. Y si lo reclamas te mandan a servicio a clientes en lugar de revisar sus precios en sistema. Solo me di cuenta en dos ocasiones. Mi vecino me dice que le pasa muy seguido y que servicio a clientes no hace nada. The labels do not match the price they charge you. In a single ticket you can find several errors. From 2 to 2.50 pesos difference. And if you don't realize it they rob you ant. And if you claim it, they send you to customer service instead of checking their prices in the system. Invariablemente en cada ocasión que voy noto diferencias marcadas respecto a los precios etiquetados y los precios que te cobran en caja, de cada 10 productos en 5 hay diferencias de 2 a 5 pesos. En horas pico no hay cajeros suficientes y puedes hacer 30 minutos de fila. La tienda está surtida pero con lo básico, no esperes encontrar productos especiales. VERY EYE WITH THE PRICES !!! Y efectivamente, en varios de los artículos, hay diferencias, pues en los anaqueles tienen etiquetas de un precio y al momento de pasarlo por el escáner, da uno mayor. La tienda no es muy grande, pero para el tamaño, consideró que cuenta con variedad. Afortunadamente no me han tocado días abarrotados, pues las veces que he asistido he logrado hacer mis compras con agilidad, rapidez y comodidad. La calificación, se debe a 2 personitas que laboran ahí, la señorita "Aline" que además de ser muy atenta y cortes, es muy profesional en su labor y la señorita "Aida", que siempre tiene además de una sonrisa, disposición, un trato amable y lo más importante considero, " empatía con las personas (clientes). Ojalá las personas responsables de la tienda pongan más atención en lo que no funciona, pues la ardua labor de personas como "Aline y Aida" se viene abajo por gente que no le interesa mejorar la imagen de la tienda.
