★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uber modern supermarket with speciality goods section. I checked 4 other supermarkets before I found this one for anchovies to make Cesar salad dressing. Excellent prices with quick check out.
I first discovered Chedraui markets in Tulum but was really impressed and pleased to discover the one in Oaxaca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Chedraui, it's has ample parking, and multiple entrances. Their international section is one of the best in Oaxaca, if you're craving something from home, they'll likely have it. I'm also a cheese lover, they have THE BEST selection in Oaxaca as well.
The store is well organized and clean, I also love that they have their monedero program to earn points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much like a supermarket in Canada or the US. I liked that I could use my VISA instead of cash. I didn't like that the produce wasn't as good as the markets such as Benito Juarez. I also liked that it isn't owned by Walmart which another supermarket I shopped at is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upper end market. Good selection of items. Wine and cheese selection is a bit limited, but you can still find some good choices. The bread is not as good as you can find at local bakeries. The Baggett is not very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the course of one week, placed 4 orders. 2 of them were canceled by the store after delivery was supposed to take place. No explanation. Even worse, still no refund after 8 days, and nobody can offer any help. Avoid the store and online ordering!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of Chedraui in general, but in Oaxaca find myself gravitating to this store - the bakery section is great, and they have stuff that can be hard to find elsewhere - whole frozen salmon, fresh milk, raisins and imported stuff in general. On the negative side, their vegetables - tomatoes in particular - are often not good - bruised - flies buzzing.
