Very depressing store. Old and dirty. Only went there because of convenience to place living

Classic supermarket with everything you can need, large selection of items. Just facilities are little bit old (looks like it's from 90s).

I've been there few times. Good range of products, everything for everyone.

It has a good assortment, it hurts that the people who work there do not know the meaning of the words "please" or "thank you" and they treat you with a face as if they were smelling a fart.

It was okay supermarket, till the last day of my stay in Queretaro, one cashier decided that my spanish accent was funny and clearly laugh and mock it. REALLY BAD and unpolite cashier. Okay bakery, NEEDS more cashiers, and more customer centric. Will end up dissapearing

Long lines at register at low customer traffic hours because of few registers open. The checkout process is painful because many items dont scan or have no price. Very frequently, the cashiers leave the registers to get change. It seems like the customer should always have change for them. The pharmacy is more abandoned than Chernobyl.

Honestly I didn’t have a problem until this last time but this horrible experience deserves a negative 3 stars. So after we called the main headquarters and had them call the store we were told that due to the pandemic we could only have one adult with one kid. So later that day we had my wife book an Uber because we are visiting and literally have nothing to eat for our small Childern) and she went alone. They then denied her to go in because she is pregnant. Keep in mind that literally didn’t stop her from flying to Mexico, taking an Uber, or visiting the dozens of stores we went to before. So she spoke with several people and explained that she has small Childern and that we NEED food. They couldn’t do anything and so she thought ok I’ll order online outside the store and get then I’ll return with food. Side note, The ad that I just watched promises less than 90 mins. It was 8ish and the store closes at 11 according to Google so no worries right? WRONG! After she made an order they told her something to the effect that they couldn’t do it now and it would be ready tomorrow at 10am. Seriously! So Dumb! Seriously though if she was a single mom with a baby or pregnant mom without help what would she do?? If our child needed Tylenol or there wasn’t any diapers or formula. Shame on you Chedraui for making the pandemic worse for mothers! Update! So at 10:45 am the next day wife chatted into their WhatsApp to see where the order was since it had passed the time they said they would deliver it by and GUESS what! They don’t have the order! If you want bad service make sure to make a stop here.

The vegetables, the meat, and the fishes are not fresh at all. In the seafood sections, it smells quite bad.
