★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho los baguettes, pero esta última ves que fui me dijeron que solo había pan integral y a la persona que estaba detrás de mi le ofrecieron de todo el tipo de pan que tienen, y no me gustó como me lo prepararon!!
I really like baguettes, but this last time I went they told me that there was only whole wheat bread and the person behind me was offered all the kind of bread they have, and I didn't like how they prepared it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años tuve un incidente en la que encargamos ensaladas a domicilio y en las ensaladas salio un grillo muerto, la piña estaba cafe y tenia cabellos de color negro. Llamamos para reportar el incidente y nos dijieron que no puede ser porque la cocinera era rubia y que tienen certificaciones de seguridad e higiene, y no nos creyeron. Teníamos fotos y aún asi, dijeron que no puede ser. Fue una pesima atencion al cliente. Espero que puedan mejorar su calidad en servicio al cliente y en seguridad alimentaria.
A few years ago I had an incident in which we ordered salads at home and in the salads there was a dead cricket, the pineapple was brown and it had black hair. We called to report the incident and they told us it couldn't be because the cook was blonde and they have health and safety certifications, and they didn't believe us. We had pictures and still, they said it can't be. It was a terrible customer service. I hope you can improve your quality of customer service and food safety.

When preparing sandwiches and salads they put very little of the ingredients, it is really expensive because they skimp too much on their dishes
