★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me perdieron un edredón nuevo y ahora no se quieren hacer responsables. me quitaron el ticket para hacer válida la garantía y ahora dicen que nunca se los entregué. las empleadas venden los edredones a gente conocida y los hacen perdedisos. el sr Alejandro ignora mis llamadas y no quiere hacerse responsable
They lost me a new quilt and now they don't want to take responsibility. They took my ticket to validate the warranty and now they say I never gave it to them. the employees sell the comforters to well-known people and make them lost. Llevé un tapete para que lo limpiaran, se cobraron 400 pesos, y me lo devolvieron igual de sucio, dijeron que sólo pusieron un desodorante, pero estaba igual de sucio. Lo llevo de nuevo y con el descaro preguntan ¿de dónde está sucio? cuando era obvio que estaba sucio y manchado.
Llamaba y preguntaba y me decían “no entiendo porqué está inconforme si le pusimos desodorante” ???? y el tapete quedó asqueroso con el desodorante y no quisieron regresarme el dinero.
DO NOT GO AWFUL SERVICE AND ATTENTION
I brought a mat to be cleaned, they charged 400 pesos, and they returned it just as dirty, they said they only put a deodorant, but it was just as dirty. I take it again and with the impudence they ask where is it dirty from? when it was obvious that it was dirty and stained.
I called and asked and they told me "I don't understand why you are unhappy if we put deodorant on you" ???? and the mat was disgusting with the deodorant and they didn't want to return my money.
