★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El café "de especialidad" es una trampa al paladar. Sobre tostado y con notas a carbón en exceso. Te quieren cobrar el agua simple cuando las leyes especifican que eso en México es gratis. Los empleados no se saben ni la contraseña de wifi. Llegué ahí pensando que los atractivos visuales serían sólo un acompañamiento de un café muy bien entendido químicamente. Puras patrañas. Otro café que mal educará y mal educará a los peatones de una colonia popular, ¡digo!, de un cementerio de cafés.
"Specialty" coffee is a palate trap. Over toasted and with excess charcoal notes. They want to charge you for plain water when the laws specify that in Mexico it is free. Employees don't even know the wifi password. I got there thinking that the visual appeal would be just an accompaniment to a very chemically well-understood coffee. Pure bullshit. Another cafe that will miseducate and will miseducate the pedestrians of a popular neighborhood, I say!, of a cemetery of cafes.
