★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro ahi desde que abrio y bien. pero cada vez que vuelvo es de mal en peor. primero dan un precio,despues le comunican a uno que este precio ya es otro . se les hace saber la falta y solo porque si ,me negaron la existencia del producto [que estaba a la vista del publico} se les vuelve a convenir en las faltas y me hacen esperar el tiempo que quisieron hasta que "actualizaron" el sistema. y de un precio inicial de $57.00 paso a $62 y de ahi ,"y si yo queria" a $90 pesos. cuento con cada ticket. es mas que grave. simplemente, vergonzoso que se ponga en evidencia a esta firma y su seriedad para con sus clientes. y claro que no me oculto en el anonimato!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años comprando ahí, es la tienda mas grande a la que he ido por la zona, normalmente cuando voy a comprar no tienen todo lo que necesito como bases, domos, perlas comestibles, chocolate ? se tardan años en entregarte cambio y producto, no se si sea mala suerte mía, pero a veces atienden a todos y yo al final, la última vez que compré me estaban entregando mis productos y los de otra persona y si no les digo que parte de lo que me dieron no era mio, ellos ni en cuenta, no puedes ver todo lo que venden ni en físico ni en su página, antes de su remodelación tenían más surtido que ahora, en vano esa tiendota...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puede que tengan buen surtido, tal vez buenos precios. Pero la logística de atención es pésima, no por las personas, por cómo la diseñaron, ni se escucha, hay que estar viendo qué quieres del mostrador y si te entienden bien, si no fastidio, paga aquí, recoge allá. No lo recomiendo.

Pero su atención deja mucho que desear.
Ya que constantemente requieren personal y de 2 cajas solo 1 te atienden.
Y después de pagar te tardan demasiado en entragar tus productos.
El tiempo de espera tanto para pedir y pagar tanto para recoger tu pedido es en ocasiones bastante inaceptable.

Los precios son accesibles y hay buena variedad, puedes encontrar artículos de temporada, día de muertos, navidad, san Valentin, etcétera; y lo típico de fiestas para toda ocasión. También hay moldes para distintos usos y herramientas para adornar pasteles o cupcakes.
Hay algunos ingredientes que son más car aquí pero los utensilios son lo que más conviene.
Lo único que no me gusta es que se tardan demasiado en atender, hay fila y por esa razón también tardan en entregarte los productos pero fuera de eso no tengo ninguna queja.
Igual estaría padre que la gente se estacionara bien, porque a veces estorban mucho y no dejan un hueco para los coches que van llegando.
You find many cute and useful things for pastry and bakery. The prices are accessible and there is a good variety, you can find seasonal items, Day of the Dead, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etcetera; and the typical of parties for all occasions. There are also molds for different uses and tools to decorate cakes or cupcakes.
There are some ingredients that are more expensive here but the utensils are the best.
The only thing I do not like is that they take too long to attend, there is a line and for that reason they also take time to deliver the products but other than that I have no complaints.
It would be nice if people park well, because sometimes they get in the way a lot and do not leave a space for the cars that are arriving.
