Pedí dos cajas de donas me dijeron solo tenían media caja, llega una Sra después de mí y le dicen lo mismo, le dije a la chica que me vendiera la caja y me dice que ya se la ofreció a la otra Sra. Muy mal! Regresen a la otra chica por favor!! Y capaciten mejor a su personal, porque las dos chicas que estaban hoy solo daban vueltas y andaban como perdidas. Gracias ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene zonas para estacionarse fácilmente, hay que formarse para que te tomen el pedido (ya tienes que saber qué productos y marcas venden para no hacer complicada la compra) lamentablemente pierden ventas grandes porque no tienen terminal para pago con tarjetas, aceptan transferencias pero las empleadas dicen que se tardan dos días hábiles para que se vea reflejado el pago y así poder recoger los productos, en ocasiones las empleadas olvidan surtir algo de tu ticket de compra o pesar mal los productos como el harina, hay que fijarse bien al recibir los productos. Puedes pedir factura antes de realizar tu pedido, aunque no es seguro que llegue la factura al correo. Al parecer por otras opiniones ya lleva más de 4 años este mal servicio al cliente, recomiendo buscar otros negocios como la alpina o distribuidora marti .

Las chicas son un poco mal encaradas y se desesperan porque quieren atenderte rápido y la cosa es calmada porque se te pueden olvidar algunas cosas. Lo que no me gustó para nada ROBAN en el peso, pedi varios kilos de cosas a granel, chocolate y azúcar glass y fácil 20gr me dieron baje. Compré pan ya hecho y está muy rico. Los cupcakes están DIMINUTOS y su sabor muy X, supongo que es porque ya tu le agregas los toopings y ahi ya puedes poner mucho sabor o dulce.

Actualmente te tienes que formar y esperar tu turno, ya que te toman el pedido, pagas y esperas por tu producto y tu cambio. Te llaman por tu nombre para que pases a recoger el pedido. Es incómodo estar en la entrada donde también llegan los proveedores del negocio.
