D	Diana Ag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día lunes a las 4 pm llevé mi auto a servicio por que los frenos tronaban, la chica mora Acevedo me atendió, quedó de llamarme en un rato para informarme del estado, no me llamó, al otro día en la mañana llame y chica que respondió me dijo que no sabia nada que llamara en la tarde, llamé a las 4, la srita. Mora me comentó que el auto no tenía nada que fuera por él... Llego al servicio y a mi auto ni lavado le hicieron, me comenta mora que no lo hicieron por que llegué rápido, le comente que ella me dijo que ya fuera, el cobro fue de $1,500 por no haberle hecho nada, le mostré mi inconformidad y me dijo que no lo lavaron por que no pensaban cobrar..osea entonces?.. Primero dice una cosa y después otra ??‍♀️... No cobraron pero gastaron casi un cuarto de gasolina para decir que no tenía nada?.. Son mmdas!.. PESIMOOOOOO! N	Nicole Prata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor lugar para realizar el servicio de tu automóvil. Dicen que realizan los respectivos cambios de aceite, filtros, etc y no lo hacen!!! Hoy se desbieló mi automóvil porque en esta agencia dijeron que le habían cambiado la banda de tiempo, me cobraron todo y no la cambiaron. Pudieron ocasionar un accidente, mi carro se apagó a media carretera. Es muy peligroso y costoso, y no es justo que uno pague por un servicio y no se lo realicen y más en una agencia como ésta!! Pero eso sí, para cobrarte cosas que ni siquiera realizan, allí sí están buenos. Conozco a mucha gente de la ciudad a la que le han hecho lo mismo. El peor servicio de todos. Qué lástima, qué coraje y qué decepción. Debería darles vergüenza. It is the worst place to get your car serviced. They say they do the respective oil changes, filters, etc and they don't!!!
