★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Cero recomendado, no se hacen responsables por sus errores, tardan demasiado para darte respuesta, atienden de mala forma y siempre se esconde el gerente para atender los problemas y darles solución alguna. No pasen de favor, busquen mejores opciones.
 Terrible service. Zero recommended, they are not responsible for their mistakes, they take too long to give you an answer, they serve in a bad way and the manager always hides to attend to problems and give them a solution. Do not pass on favor, look for better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me sentí comodo con el trato, yo soy muy especifico al querer comprar y no me dejo convencido que me entregaron un plan de financiamiento de agosto del año pasado.
Ofrecieron el plan nuevo y lo sigo esperando.
I did not feel comfortable with the deal, I am very specific when wanting to buy and I am not convinced that they gave me a financing plan from August of last year.
They offered the new plan and I'm still waiting for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima identificación de diagnóstico. 5 meses para saber que el problema era el motor. 6 ocasiones lo tuve que llevar y le cambiaron 2 sensores, batería, computadora, revisión de mecánica, me lo regresaban y volvía a fallar.. Nadie sabía decirme cuanto tiempo tardarían ni lo que tenía realmente.
O el carro salio defectuoso o los defectuosos fueron todos los técnicos.
Gracias a profeco me prestaron un carro 3 meses despues los de GM.
Atención a clientes de GM llamo mil veces pero nunca estuvo bien informado, pésima coordinación y comunicación entre las áreas
Siempre me pedían gasolina para poderlo probar...y luego me lo entregaban sin gota de gas.
No me entregaban comprobantes de los arreglos, que por ser de garantía...?
Recién me lo entregaron y veremos como me va... En profeco seguimos en proceso.

Bad diagnostic identification. 5 months to find out that the problem was the engine. I had to take it 6 times and they changed 2 sensors, battery, computer, mechanical revision, they returned it to me and it failed again... No one could tell me how long it would take or what it really had.
Either the car was defective or all the technicians were defective.
Thanks to profeco, they lent me a car 3 months later from GM.
GM customer service called a thousand times but was never well informed, poor coordination and communication between the areas
They always asked me for gasoline to be able to test it... and then they gave it to me without a drop of gas.
They did not give me proof of the repairs, because it was a guarantee...?
They just gave it to me and we'll see how it goes... Profeco is still in the process.
