Comprendo que al tener una camioneta Argentina y Diesel las cosas son un poco diferentes, pero en un servicio "oficial" no debieran pasar este tipo de cosas. Reconozco la muy buena predisposición de todo el personal para resolver rápidamente el problema y de que quedara todo muy bien.
My experience was not the best, they removed the engine oil without making sure I had the new filter (it came 2 days later).
I understand that having an Argentine and Diesel truck things are a little different, but in an "official" service this kind of thing should not happen. I recognize the very good predisposition of all the staff to quickly solve the problem and that everything turned out very well.
