★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por desgracia, tenia una cita con uno de los agentes de ventas a las 11:00 A. M. ese domingo pero dieron 11:30 y nunca llegó, es una verdadera lastima que una empresa tan importante no tome en cuenta algo tan básico como la puntualidad, el mismo agente me manda un WhatsApp hasta el martes para "ponerse a las ordenes", por lo visto ni se entero que me dejo plantado, REPITO, es una verdadera lastima.
Bad attention unfortunately, I had an appointment with one of the sales agents at 11:00 AM that Sunday but they gave 11:30 and never came, it is a real shame that such an important company does not take into account something as basic as punctuality, the same agent sends me a WhatsApp until Tuesday to "put himself at the service", apparently he didn't even know that he stood me up, I REPEAT, it's a real shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar limpio, algunas personas son amables, algunas no, cierta impuntualidad, si realizas algún trámite no des por hecho que saben lo que necesitas (ellos tampoco preguntan) pide algo de tomar ("es gratis" ) ?
A clean place, some people are friendly, some are not, certain lateness, if you carry out any procedure do not assume that they know what you need (they do not ask either) ask for something to drink ("it's free") ?

Aún no se qué tal con el servicio posventa pero pronto sabré qué tal.

*El servicio posventa es mejorable, a mi me vendieron un paquete de alarma y seguros eléctricos. Despues de que instalaron mal el equipo y descubri que habia cables por fuera haciendo corto. "lo repararon despues de estarlos ostigando con el tema ya que de principio decian que no era un tema de ellos"
Con respecto al auto, es lo esperado, hasta el momento 33k Km no ha dado mayor problema, solo algun relevador que se descompuso y los focos delanteros que uno a uno se fundieron.
They took good care of me, they explained to me about the models, costs and promotions. Highly recommended to buy.
I still don't know how about the after-sales service, but I'll know soon enough.

* The after-sales service can be improved, I was sold an alarm package and electrical insurance. After they misinstalled the equipment and discovered that there were cables on the outside shorting out. "They repaired it after harassing them with the issue since at first they said it was not their issue"
With regard to the car, it is expected, so far 33k Km has not given a major problem, only some relay that broke down and the headlights that one by one burned out.

They were so kind to check the car, free of charge, and drove a bit to see whether there was some problem. All was fine and we could hit the road again. The people were extremely kind, service was great:.we are very thankful!
