Pedí una cotización para reparar una falla y no me llamaron como quedaron para darme el costo; por lo que perdieron su venta de la reparación. No lo recomiendo. No regreso a Chevrolet Pasión.
Very bad. I took my car in for service and it was delivered dirty and greasy inside.
I asked for a quote to repair a fault and they did not call me as they were to give me the cost; so they lost their repair sale. I do not recommend it. I will not return to Chevrolet Passion.

Nos vendieron un seminuevo que a los 2 días empezó a fallar y la disque asesora Evelyn Hernández (que ya de por si tiene pésimos comentarios) no se quiere hacer cargo, es grosera, altanera y no quiere resolver los problemas, cree que te está haciendo un favor. Te evita y no contesta las llamadas. Nunca compren ahí o vana comprar problemas !!!! Voy a levantar una queja en Profeco para que hagan auditoría a esa agencia.
APPALLING!!!! They sold us a semi-new one that began to fail after 2 days and the advisory dial Evelyn Hernández (who already has terrible comments) does not want to take responsibility, she is rude, haughty and does not want to solve the problems, she thinks she is doing you a favor. He avoids you and doesn't answer calls. Never buy there or you will buy problems !!!! I am going to file a complaint with Profeco so that they audit that agency.

Hoy llegué y me tuvieron media hora esperando para atendernos y luego resultó que no tenían la llave de la camioneta para verla por dentro. Muy mal servicio, y por supuesto no se la voy a recomendar a nadie y si me preguntan diré que no vayan ahi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien el servicio. Trato amable. Me iban a entregar mi auto hasta la tarde, sin embargo hablando con el asesor me lo tuvieron en dos horas y media.
Aunque me queda un poco más retirado que otras agencias, prefiero esta porque atienden rápido, de manera amable y son muy claros y específicos sobre los temas del vehículo.
Very good service. Kind treatment. They were going to give me my car until the afternoon, however, talking to the advisor they had it for me in two and a half hours.
Although it is a little further away than other agencies, I prefer this one because they respond quickly, in a friendly manner and are very clear and specific about the vehicle issues.
