★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevas a servicio el auto, dicen qué te lo escanean (y no!) , que lo diagnostican y lo dudo. Te ofrecen Y COBRAN servicios que ni aparecen en la factura, (y qué quizá ni le hicieron al coche) y el colmo.! A los 4 días el auto presenta las mismas fallas, y el asesor de la cia te abofetea con su..."NO HAY GARANTÍA EN EL SERVICIO REALIZADO AL VEHÍCULO"
De verdad que tristeza ?.
Pd. Ni agua te ofrecen.
Pésima experiencia ni servicio, ni atención al cliente. Gracias.?
You take the car to service, they say they scan it (and not!), They diagnose it and I doubt it. They offer you AND CHARGE services that do not appear on the bill, (and what perhaps they did not do to the car) and to top it all.! After 4 days the car shows the same faults, and the cia advisor slaps you with his ... "THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON THE SERVICE PERFORMED TO THE VEHICLE"
Really sad ?.
P.S. They don't even offer you water.
Bad experience, no service, no customer service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraron en avisarnos cuando quedó el servicio del vehículo, tuvimos que esperar hasta que llegó el asesor que nos atendió porque el demás personal no nos quiso entregar el auto.
Punto aparte la persona que está en caja, sin revisar los datos nos mandaba con el asesor para hacer la verificación de los mismos y estos ya estaban hechos desde que se recibió el vehículo, debatiendo sin revisar la información.
El asesor salió a comer y ninguno de sus compañeros nos quiso entregar el vehículo hasta que Él llegara, y lo tuvimos que esperar; siendo que el auto ya estaba listo para entrega.
Otra demora es la verificación del pago por transferencia y el pago se realizó desde que recibieron el vehículo.
They delayed in notifying us when the vehicle service was left, we had to wait until the advisor who attended us arrived because the other staff did not want to give us the car.
Point aside, the person who is in the box, without reviewing the data, sent us to the advisor to verify them and these were already done since the vehicle was received, debating without reviewing the information.
The advisor went out to eat and none of his colleagues wanted to give us the vehicle until he arrived, and we had to wait for him; being that the car was already ready for delivery.
Another delay is the verification of the payment by transfer and the payment was made since they received the vehicle.
