★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Llevé mi carro a revisión porque estaba ya la batería por terminar su vida de uso y otra cosa. Me cobraron 6mil pesos más o menos. Días después salí a carretera y sorpresa! Llegué a mi destino de milagro. El coche en mi último trayecto hora y media se apagaba, prendía, se apagaba. Pude tener un accidente. Ya después donde me encontraba fui con un especialista recomendado y me enseñó las fallas, cosa que realizarían los de la agencia. Un mugrero. Llamé y por supuesto me trataron de persuadir sin ningún tipo de garantía o flexibilidad. Lo que hice fue reportarlos y nunca volver. Así que me parece que son antiéticos y el servicio que ofrecen es malo.

Days later I hit the road and surprise! I reached my destination by miracle. The car on my last hour and a half journey turned off, turned on, turned off. I could have an accident. Later, where I was, I went to a recommended specialist and he showed me the faults, which the agency would do. A dump. I called and of course they tried to persuade me without any guarantee or flexibility. What I did was report them and never come back. So it seems to me that they are unethical and the service they offer is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el trato cordial que tienen, el servicio siempre ha Sido de lo mejor y creo que ha mejorado este año. El tiempo de espera no es tanto y es lo importante llevar tu carro cada cierta cantidad de kilómetros recorridos.
I like the cordial treatment they have, the service has always been the best and I think it has improved this year. The waiting time is not that long and it is important to take your car every certain number of kilometers traveled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una agencia bastante deficiente desde sus instalaciones hasta en su servicio al cliente, los vendedores son muy "despistados", no tienen cualidades y cree. Que estan vendiendo chayotes en el mercado. El Gerente actual es muy malo atendiendo, pareciera que un día le dijeron : "vas a ser Gerente, no hay mas". Es una lastima pk dejan en mal a la marca.
