★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasima agencia, mal servicio, omiten información y cuando quieras aclarar algo se esconden.
Después de eso te dicen que cualquier aclaración tiene que ser por teléfono que no atienden presencial y si te comunicas no te resuelven.
El vendedor Everardo es un mentiroso que no da seguimiento y ni si quiera entrega las unidades, hace que su compañera entregue los carros.
Piensen 2 veces antes de acudir a esa agencia a comprar
Le pondría 0 estrellas pero no se puede
 Terrible agency, bad service, they omit information and when you want to clarify something they hide.
After that they tell you that any clarification has to be by phone that they do not attend in person and if you contact them they do not solve you.
The seller Everardo is a liar who does not follow up and does not even deliver the units, he makes his partner deliver the cars.
Think twice before going to that agency to buy

El taller es lo peor, no puedo creer que una dizque empresa de renombre pueda tener tan pesimo servicio y poca seriedad con sus clientes en específico en el servicio de taller.
Les recomiendo que piensen mil veces en comprar en esta agencia porque el servicio de taller es lo peor y por lo que estoy leyendo muchas personas nos quejamos por lo mismo!!!
DREADFUL SERVICE
The workshop is the worst, I can't believe that a so-called renowned company can have such lousy service and little seriousness with its clients specifically in the workshop service.
I recommend that you think a thousand times about buying from this agency because the workshop service is the worst and from what I am reading many people complain about the same thing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al realizar el servicio de mi auto, al inicio me indican todo lo que se le va a hacer, a la entrega me dicen que no le lavaron el motor y en el reporte de lo que le revisan no se ve el reporte de la suspension y direccion, al entregar el auto le veo un rayon que no traia y me dicen que ya lo traia y yo no lo habia visto, pero ellos no lo señalan en su revision y me hacen comentarios de que es mi culpa no haberlo notado.
Al no completar el servicio me hacen regresar y me hacen perder mi tiempo y tambien les recuerdo que no es mi trabajo revisar los autos y señalar los detalles, ese trabajo es de quien me recibe el auto

By not completing the service they make me return and waste my time and I also remind them that it is not my job to check the cars and point out the details, that job belongs to whoever receives the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal el area de servicio, lleve el coche y desde que llamas para agendar contesta un tipo de malas que "ahi no es"; No me confirmaron por mensaje la cita (como quedaron) ni el asesor me iba a recibir el coche; Llegas y estan a la defensiva muy notorio que que haces ahi .? y el coche fue a servicio normal, digo no fui a reclamar nada; Se ve sucio el lugar abajo; para recoger el coche "se avientan la bolita". Al pagar nadie atendiendo el area de caja, la Srta disque estaba en el baño y había cola y también de malas. El asesor de "modo chistoso y sabelo todo" . No regreso y menos para úna cosa mas seria .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, 2 semanas estuvo mi carro en taller, 3 veces pospusieron el día de entrega, quedan de llamarte y no lo hacen, todos se echan la bolita.
Las líneas que tienen nunca contestan, en las 2 semanas más de 100 llamadas ni una sola contestaron, al celular que te dan de la persona responsable te contesta cuando quiere o lo apagan y es el único medio de contacto que se tiene.
De las 2 semanas una semana estuvo detenido el carro sin que le hicieran nada, días perdidos.
Es lamentable que atiendan de esa manera.
Terrible attention, 2 weeks my car was in the workshop, 3 times they postponed the delivery day, they are left to call you and they do not, they all throw the ball.
The lines that they have never answer, in the 2 weeks more than 100 calls not a single answered, the cell phone that they give you from the responsible person answers when they want or they turn it off and it is the only means of contact that they have.

It is unfortunate that they serve in that way.
