I see that the opinions are good but for a year, now people are disastrous, nobody solves anything for you, the service supervisor supported us by so many. Truly, your staff is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ didn't like customer service at all (especially when picking up the car). Firstly, When called to confirm that the car was ready, a male customer service representative didn't seem to be eager to solve my inquiry. Secondly, because my female cs representative was out for lunch, I had to wait approx 1 hour to pick up the card. Thirdly, once there i had,again, to wait additional 15-20 minutes to have the paperwork all sorted out.
In summary, the customer service leaves to much to desire.
