★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. A pesar de las condiciones actuales de escasez de vehículos, se las arreglan para mostrar producto al público, no como en otras agencias que se limitan a mostrar videos de las unidades. Tuve que esperar pero al final me entregaron mi vehículo. Todo muy bien, recomendable.
 Good service. Despite the current conditions of vehicle scarcity, they manage to show product to the public, unlike other agencies that are limited to showing videos of the units. I had to wait but in the end they gave me my vehicle. All very well, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este mes me entregaron mi auto, es primera vez que compro en agencia y totalmente nuevo, me agrado la atención de mi ejecutivo de ventas, sin embargo fue algo tardado el proceso de entrega por diversas situaciones ajenas al vendedor, y que prácticamente me urgía ya tener mi auto, le pongo 4 estrellas por que me hubiese gustado le pusieran una manta o moño a mi auto y que la experiencia de estrenar tu primer auto se quede guardada en tu memoria para siempre que sea algo único y difícil de expresar dicha sensación.
Por otra parte, seria muy funcional implementarán un seguimiento electrónico para el cliente con el objetivo de saber en que estatus se encuentra tu auto E.J. "auto pendiente de asignación", "auto liquidado" y así saber los tiempos de espera aproximados. Espero se pueda tomar en consideración mis sugerencias.

This month they delivered my car, it is the first time that I buy in an agency and totally new, I liked the attention of my sales executive, however the delivery process was somewhat slow due to various situations unrelated to the seller, and that practically urged me I already have my car, I give it 4 stars because I would have liked to have put a blanket or bow on my car and that the experience of brand new your first car remains saved in your memory for as long as it is something unique and difficult to express said feeling .
On the other hand, it would be very functional to implement an electronic follow-up for the client in order to know the status of your E.J. car. "car pending assignment", "car liquidated" and thus know the approximate waiting times. I hope my suggestions can be taken into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo que traigan su auto a esta agencia ya que no cuentan con las refacciones necesarias tienen que mandarlas comprar cuando se supone que deben de tener un estoc de partes más comunes para los autos y dr una respuesta rápida al cliente mi auto lleva 3 semanas esperando un cristal que se va a remplazar y hasta el di de hoy aún no cuentan con el no recomiendo esta agencia busquen otra opción .
I do not recommend that you bring your car to this agency since they do not have the necessary parts, they have to send them to buy when they are supposed to have a stock of more common parts for cars and give a quick response to the client, my car has been waiting for 3 weeks a glass that is going to be replaced and to this day they still do not have it I do not recommend this agency look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité el área de autos usados, en atención tienen un 9, las instalaciones son amplias y cómodas, cuentan con lugar de estacionamiento para visitas.
Sin duda les recomiendo a todas las personas que visiten un lugar leer los comentarios positivos y negativos para poder evaluar objetivamente el lugar antes de ir, de esa forma podrán estar atentos a cualquier situación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches, solo para decirles que en el área de refacciones siempre tienen un pretexto y nunca piden a tiempo las piezas que requiero, siempre con el pretexto me llegan mañana, no me llegaron, ya no las hay, siempre es lo mismo aquí. Actualmente está muy mal la agencia, el trato es pésimo, todos se sienten dueños y son trabajadores, porque no hacen bien su trabajo si de ahí comen, es el sustento para que lleven comida a casita y que mejor que hacerlo bien. ( 6 de calificación )??
