Marcas a la agencia para agendar cita y pedir el costo del mantenimiento de un carro tienen los precios en la entrada, ni eso te pueden decir las personas que te agendan la cita te hacen esperar y te cuelgan, 0 proactivos se nota que solo van por el sueldo, lástima de marca, y de empresa que no se esmera por brindar un buen servicio, lamentablemente es el caso en todas las demás agencias totalmente en condiciones de servicio deplorables.
You mark the agency to schedule an appointment and ask for the cost of maintaining a car, they have the prices at the entrance, nor can the people who schedule the appointment make you wait and hang up on you, or proactively it shows that they only go for the salary, a pity for the brand, and for the company that does not strive to provide good service, unfortunately this is the case in all other agencies totally in deplorable conditions of service.

Pésimo servicio — no contestan el teléfono. No abren. No les importa el cliente, siempre problemas con este lugar. Chevrolet debería quitarles el lugar y forzar al dueño a venderlo — necesita ser reestructurado.
Terrible service — they don't answer the phone. They don't open. They don't care about the customer, always problems with this place. Chevrolet should take the place away from them and force the owner to sell it — it needs to be restructured.

Pros: El trabajo mecanico que le hacen a tu unidad es excelente. Cons/Areas de Oportunidad: problema: Se compometen con fechas que no pueden cumplir. solución: Establecer o mejorar el proceso de ordenes de mantenimiento. El trabajo comienza desde que se obtiene la cita hasta que se le entrega al cliente su unidad. Si al entregar su unidad el asesor se queda con un tema pendiente con el cliente debe darle seguimiento. problema: No contestan el telefono para agendar cita de mantenimiento. La contestadora que tienen es ineficiente y lenta si te equivocas o no te contestan tienes que comenzar de nuevo. solución: Implementar citas por whatsApp, via mensaje de texto o por la app. solución 2: Atender el telefono. problema: Cuando te dicen ya puedes pasar a recoger tu unidad. Llegas y esperas entre 15 y 20 min a que te atienda el asesor. solución: No llamar al cliente hasta que la unidad este realmente lista para entregar. Ese proceso no deberia tomar más de 10 min.
Pros: The mechanical work they do to your unit is excellent. Cons/Areas of Opportunity: Problem: They commit to dates they can't meet. Solution: Establish or improve the maintenance order process. The work begins from the moment the appointment is obtained until the unit is delivered to the client. If when delivering your unit, the advisor has a pending issue with the client, you must follow up. Problem: They do not answer the phone to schedule a maintenance appointment. The answering machine they have is inefficient and slow if you make a mistake or they don't answer you have to start over. Solution: Implement appointments by WhatsApp, via text message or by the app. Solution 2: Answer the phone. Problem: When they tell you, you can pick up your unit. You arrive and wait between 15 and 20 minutes for the advisor to attend to you. Solution: Don't call the customer until the unit is actually ready for delivery. This process should not take more than 10 min.

PÉSIMO servicio de parte de siniestros, Jesús Andrade en específico. Te atienden muy mal, y al momento de entregarte ni te muestran lo que cambiaron. Tenia ciertas dudas que ni me pudieron resolver y ni me dejaron bien el coche. CERO RECOMENDABLE ESTA SUCURSAL.
AWFUL service from claims, Jesús Andrade specifically. They treat you very badly, and at the time of delivery they don't even show you what they changed. I had certain doubts that they could not solve for me and they did not leave me the car well. ZERO RECOMMENDED THIS BRANCH.
