★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando son fallas graves, de alto costo o que sea necesario piezas no disponibles en el lugar no dan información antes de terminar la garantía o simplemente no le hacen el servicio necesario.
Ya he confirmado con muchos usuarios y familiares que compraron su auto en la agencia Chevrolet y Buick además de fallas consecutivas similares en cada uno con la bomba en 7 autos antes de la garantía. Pensé que era caso único pero quedamos decepcionados y no espero volver a comprar en esa agencia.
Pdta. El servicio al cliente de parte de los vendedores es amable y siempre atento a la necesidad.

I have already confirmed with many users and relatives who bought their car at the Chevrolet and Buick dealership, in addition to similar consecutive failures in each one with the pump in 7 cars before the warranty. I thought it was a unique case but we were disappointed and I don't expect to buy from that agency again.
Pdta. The customer service from the sellers is friendly and always attentive to the need.
