A	Abraham de Jesús Meléndez Sigala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena empresa pero el servicio es muy tardado, la atención no es la mas cordial y tienes que estar marcando a cada rato porque te dicen un estimado de tiempo de entrega pero no se cumple, pienso que podrían mejorar mucho en ese aspecto, espero no volver a necesitar de sus servicios de hojalateria y pintura. It is a good company but the service is very slow, the attention is not the most cordial and you have to be marking every time because they tell you an estimated delivery time but it is not met, I think they could improve a lot in that aspect, I hope never need your sheet metal and painting services again.

C	Carlos Mejia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Onix nuevo mostró encendido del testigo del motor, lo atendieron previa cita el mismo día que se solicito para la tarde lo entregaron diagnóstico basura en el combustible la causa se limpiaron inyectores lavaron la unidad como un servicio de la garantía con un trato muy amable fue como siempre un trato amable cordial y profesional A new Onix showed the engine warning light on, they attended it by appointment the same day that it was requested for the afternoon they gave it a diagnosis of garbage in the fuel the cause was cleaned injectors washed the unit as a warranty service with a very friendly treatment was as always a kind, cordial and professional treatment
P	Pamela marcial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente en el taller de hojalateria y pintura, se muestran siempre con mala actitud, a la defensiva y mentirosos, de las peores experiencias! no concluyen adecuadamente el trabajo por el cuál se ingresa el vehículo y además generan daños nuevos a su entrega que previamente no estaban; ya que el personal que labora ahí es irresponsable, se toma atribuciones que no le corresponden sin tomar las debidas precauciones ante la manipulación del vehículo ajeno, mientras el cliente deposita su confianza en dicho servicio, que pena!! Terrible service and customer service in the workshop and paint shop, are always shown with bad attitude, defensive and liars, the worst experiences! they do not properly conclude the work for which the vehicle is entered and also generate new damages to their delivery that previously were not; since the personnel that works there is irresponsible, it takes attributions that do not correspond to it without taking the due precautions before the handling of the foreign vehicle, while the client deposits his confidence in this service, what a shame !!

El carro quedó bien de los arreglos, pero el lavado (si es que lo lavaron) no me gustó nada. Se tardaron en entregármelo 2 días después de la fecha acordada. The people who attended me were unkind, it seems that they do their job by force. Only the lady in charge of the painting workshop was very kind. The car was well repaired, but the washing (if it was washed) I did not like at all. It took them 2 days to deliver it to me after the agreed date.
