★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer 29 de enero visitamos la estación de la calle Obregón y Aguilar Barraza en Culiacán. Nos atendió un sujeto alto, delgado, con camisa blanca. parecía más de oficina que despachador, ya en camino notamos que el tanque iba abierto a lo que revisamos y notamos que no iba la tapa, regresamos y estaba la misma persona, le explicamos y fue a revisar el área, su respuesta fue "yo pongo el tapón aquí, si no está es porque si lo puse" le expliqué nuevamente, ya que no era posible que el tanque y la tapa salieran volando, no hizo mayor esfuerzo por buscarlo, sin contar que tuve que repetir lo mismo 3 veces ya que decía no entender.
Mi intención no es generalizar ya que el servicio en otras estaciones a Sido excelente.
Pero Fue muy desagradable el servicio y la solución de una persona evidentemente no está capacitada.
 Yesterday, January 29, we visited the Obregón and Aguilar Barraza street station in Culiacán. We were served by a tall, thin guy in a white shirt. it seemed more like an office than a dispatcher, already on the way we noticed that the tank was open so we checked and we noticed that the lid was not on, we returned and the same person was there, we explained to him and he went to check the area, his response was "I put the cap here, if it's not there it's because I put it in" I explained again, since it was not possible for the tank and the cap to fly off, he didn't make much effort to look for it, not to mention that I had to repeat the same thing 3 times since He said he didn't understand.
My intention is not to generalize since the service in other stations has been excellent.
But the service was very unpleasant and the solution of a person is obviously not trained.
