★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En servicio siempre me han atendido rapidamente, cumplen con el horario de entrega y me han atendido con y sin cita. Lo unico lento ha sido el proceso de pago ya que ha sido comun que quien atiende no esta en el mostrador y hay que esperarlo, un par de minutos por lo menos... De ahi en fuera, el resto del personal ha sido amable y efectivo en su labor, desde el personal de seguridad (siempre atento y de buen humor) hasta los ejecutivos de servicio y los técnicos.
A gusto con Chevy Calimaya!
In service they have always attended me quickly, comply with the delivery schedule and have attended me with and without an appointment. The only slow thing has been the payment process since it has been common that the person who attends is not at the counter and you have to wait for him, a couple of minutes at least ... From there on out, the rest of the staff has been friendly and effective in their work, from security personnel (always attentive and in good spirits) to service executives and technicians.
