★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podría haberles puesto hasta una 4a estrella, pero no les puse siquiera la 3a ya que a pesar de que son buenos, tienen un buen servicio, lamentablemente hicieron algo que me pareció simplemente no sé si de risa o de enojo, explico el porque, resulta que lleve mi auto a este lugar, ya que se le tenía que realizar el servicio, mismo que fue hecho y otorgan explicación de lo llevado a cabo, a los tres días resulta que se prende un testigo que me indica sobrecalentamiento, muy preocupado realizar una nueva cita, para saber que había ocurrido, resulta que l automóvil se quedó prácticamente sin anticongelante, lo que me pareció extraño, el taller se quedó con el auto 4 días hábiles para su revisión, cosa que me pareció algo exagerado, pero al final pensé, por lo menos me entregaran el auto bien revisado y con los arreglos pertinentes, cuando fui por el mismo les pregunté que había pasado y me otorgaron una explicación medio rara, ya que de entrada me indicaron que solo habían rellenado el depósito del anticongelante, posteriormente me indicaron cambio de manguera por fuga, en fin, no estaban coordinados, pero me lleve mi auto con la idea firme de que ya estaba bien, a los 5 días el vehículo volvió hacer lo mismo, a lo cual quedé atónito ya que 4 días de revisión y vuelvo a pasar exactamente por lo mismo, realice una nueva cita para saber que pasaba pero ya muy preocupado, a lo cual me entero que lo habían llevado a otra "sucursal", eso me llevo a pensar el porque no tenían coordinación, pero que lo dejara para otra revisión, eso ya no fue muy bueno, pero tenía que dejarlo ya que no podía seguir así, solo que no está ocasión exiji que no se tuviera 4 días, además de calidad en el trabajo, a lo que me respondieron que harían lo posible y que en esta ocasión ellos lo revisarían, me fui algo preocupado ya que esto no podía estar pasando y que clase de taller era, pero en fin, dos días después me indican que el vehículo ya estaba bien, Por lo que me fui a ver el auto y creo por fin quedó, pues resulta que el depósito del anticongelante estaba roto, en lo particular no lo podía creer, ya que tantos días y no se dieron cuenta, pero que ya podía más pensar?, Al fin el auto había quedado, así que todo esté proceso fue bastante malo, por lo menos si para un servidor, pero como normalmente lo digo, cada quien tiene su mejor opinión y cada quien su bolsillo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y pésima atención, lleve mi carro para que lo revosaran y terminaron diciéndome que se le tenia que hacer un ajuste de motor y que me lo entregaron en 2 semanas cosa que no fue así, ya que solo le decían a mi esposo que lo estaban tratando y así era cada vez que el hablaba, hasta que fui a exigirles mi carro por quenya llevaba 2 meses y no me daban fecha de entrega, y el encargado o dueño me dijo que con mujeres no trata por que no sabemos nada así que le dije que se tenia que aguantar ya que era mi carro y me urgía y ya cuando por fin me lo entrego le quito la chapa para abrir el cofre y no se que le hizo a la defensa por que estaba desprendida, y me cobro bastante caro para decirme que soll me iba a durar 2 años mi carro después del ajuste que le hizo, de verdad es muy lamentable que personas así se aprovechen de la necesidad que se tiene.

Si pudiera no le daría ni una estrella.
Llevé mi coche por el servicio únicamente, jamás me había fallado, además es un coche reciente, entonces no requiere mucho mantenimiento, resulta que el mismo día que me lo entregaron comenzó a fallar, lo llevé al día siguiente y lo único que me dijeron fue que pudo haber salido esa falla casualmente porque así podía pasar y que a lo mejor requería ahora el servicio de caja...
Obviamente no me quedé con su opinión y fui con otro mecánico me dijeron que habían dañado las bobinas.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
