b	bibiana blas santiago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, no hay doctores para atender emergencias, tienes que esperar mucho rato para que lleguen, los únicos amables son los de recepción pero realmente no te resuelven ninguna duda, los doctores pareciera que son practicantes. Pésimo pero pésimo servicio. The worst service, no doctors to attend emergencies, you have to wait a long time for them to arrive, the only kind are those of reception but they don't really solve you no doubt, the doctors seem to be practitioners. Al momento de pagarlo estaba 3 veces más caro del precio máximo al público de costar 1200 nos cobraron mas de 3000 pesos. Cuando mi hermana entra le piden prueba negativa COVID y cuando sale salen todos contagiados de COVID 4 personas contagiadas de COVID cabe destacar que entran por la misma puerta los que se hacen pruebas y pacientes. L	Liliam Resendiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familiar se efectuó un procedimiento en agosto de 2021 y es un hospital del cual en cuestión de instalaciones y limpieza no me puedo quejar, en ese aspecto todo excelente. Lo más criticable es la avaricia de programar decenas de cirugías al día, porque aunque haya muchos quirófanos, no existe un cuarto de recuperación como tal (incluso usan el mismo para urgencias y para recuperación y no cuentan con más de 5 camas), al haber sobrecupo la sala de espera compensiblemente siempre está llenísima de gente sin poderse sentar. A mi familiar lo tuvieron, junto con otras 2 personas y sin exagerar, más de SIETE HORAS en recuperación, con frío y hambre, esperando a que se desocupara una de las habitaciones. La mayor parte del personal se encuentra también muy desensibilizados en cuestión de género y procedimientos médicos que se aboquen a esa área a excepción de un enfermero muy amable en el turno de la noche. Por favor necesitan cursos de actualización para todo el personal y bajar sus expectativas de ingresos, no se pueden realizar más de cierto número de cirugías al día y eso no es tan difícil de entender. They kept my family member, along with 2 other people and without exaggeration, more than SEVEN HOURS in recovery, cold and hungry, waiting for one of the rooms to be vacated. Most of the staff are also very desensitized to gender and medical procedures that deal with that area, except for a very friendly nurse on the night shift. Please, they need refresher courses for all the staff and lower their income expectations, they cannot perform more than a certain number of surgeries per day and that is not so difficult to understand.

R	Ricardo Rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ernesto Aranda Aldeco is a great surgeon. The staff is very attentive and has great customer service! The medical equipment is comparable to the US. The bathrooms, the guest rooms, the operating room, and the recovery suites are super clean.

Since it was a complete rupture there was no other option than to have surgery. The attention was really good. They took care of contacting my insurance company and I had no problem. Very clean and professional hospital with really capable personnel.
