★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consejo de chef, creo que deberían rectificar el sazón y cocción del cochito, si lo hacen horneado prolongar un poco más el tiempo en el horno o en su defecto en hervor. La salsa de mole un poco más acuosa y no reseca. Las aguas y la cochininita 10 de 10 tienen mucho potencial ?

Recomendado, llevaba tiempo buscando huaraches ricos y bien hechos.

Lástima que El lugar no esta bonito, no está acondicionado, no tienen meseros y nos decepcionamos mucho de que sacaran 4-5 pedidos que llegaron después de nosotros solamente porque eran para delivery. Esperamos 1 hora y 10 minutos para que nos trajeran la orden incompleta después de insistir 3 veces…
La persona a cargo se disculpó y nos dieron unos platanos fritos de cortesía. Al menos tuvieron la decencia de disculparse.
Personalmente,no volvería, pero espero que otras personas que lleguen les atiendan mejor, porque si esta muy rica la comida, y pues de los pocos lugares donde puedes tomar pozol en Mty.
