★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A la hora de vendernos los tours insistí en saber cuantas horas eran de cada tour, después de mucha insistencia donde me decían que son tours privados y que por lo tanto depende de nosotros, le sigo insistiendo y me dicen que todos los tours son de 9 a 5. El día de ayer el tour de comunidades indígenas fue solo de 8:30 a 12:30, y el día de hoy el tour a lagunas de Montebello y cascadas el chiflon son más de 13 horas de tour. Cómo vamos con una bebe tuvimos que decirle al guía que parara el tour a mitad de camino y regresar. De san Cristobal a cascadas el chiflon nos dijo que era 1 hora y media, y realmente son 2horas y media. Nos dijo también que de lagunas de Montebello a Tuxtla eran 3 horas y media y al ver ahora viendo por mi cuenta en google maps al tener ya cero credibilidad que son 4horas y 15 minutos le tuve que decir que regresáramos de cascadas del chiflon a Tuxtla directo sin ir a lagunas de Montebello, pues vamos con Bebe. No les recomiendo esta agencia ya que ni fueron honestos con los tiempos de cada tour, lo que era muy importante para nosotros. No recomendaría esta empresa porque dedicándome yo al turismo creo que es esencial la honestidad y ellos me vendieron por vender sin ser honestos con lo que yo insistí varias veces. Lo único bueno fue la disponibilidad del guia

Fueron los 6 días y 5 noches más espectaculares, divertidos, interesantes e inolvidables que hemos vivido!
Tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar del bello estado de Chiapas con esta agencia que recomiendo al 100% ya que desde el principio fueron muy amables, accesibles y atentos con todo lo que les solicitabamos de información, resolvieron todas y cada una de las dudas que teníamos de manera super clara y detallada de todo lo que ofrecen y así disfrutar del viaje de la mejor manera.
Chiapas Eco Tours ofrece calidad y comodidad desde el inicio que va; desde un
vehículo que se ajusta al número de personas que realizan el tour, siendo super amplio, cómodo y nuevo. Seguido por el hospedaje, los hoteles ofrecidos son de igual manera super agradables, de calidad, cómodos y muy seguros.
Nuestra aventura por Chiapas fue guiada de la mano por el Operador Guía Alejandro Prado al que sin duda recomendamos 100%, hizo de nuestro viaje una experiencia inolvidable e inigualable. Es muy amable, atento, divertido, respetuoso, puntual y sobretodo muy profesional; con un conocimiento bastante amplio y completo sobre este bello estado. Todas y cada una de sus recomendaciones fueron muy acertadas.
No solo buscaba en todo momento hacernos sentir cómodas y seguras sino que también disfrutaramos de todos y cada uno de los lugares a los que ibamos. No nos dejo solas en ningún momento pero siempre nos dio nuestro espacio para disfrutar de la naturaleza, la comida y las compras por nuestra parte.
(Así que si planean venir a este bello estado Alejandro es su mejor opción)
Comenzando por visitar el "Cañón del sumidero", las cascadas "El chiflon", "Misol-Ha", "Cascadas de agua azul", "Lagos de Montebello" son sin duda espectáculos naturales impresionantes y que ha decir verdad las fotografías no hacen justicia a lo espectaculares y bellos que son en persona.
Y no se diga de todas las ruinas arqueológicas y comunidades a las que visitamos como "Palenque", "Bonampak", "Yaxchilan" son otro espectáculo digno de ver y disfrutar. Las personas ahi son muy amables y hospitalarias. Queremos hacer también una mención especial al Sr. Carmelo Chambor, al Sr. Rafael Gallegos quienes nos dieron otra prespectiva de lo que es vivir y convivir en la selva y de igual manera a la Sra. María en la comunidad de "Zinacantan" quien se dedica al "Telar de cintura", crea prendas artesanales que son muy hermosas y valiosas; en verdad muchas gracias por su amabilidad y hospitalidad.
Una vez más: gracias Chiapas Eco Tours y Alejandro por hacer de este viaje el mejor de todos!

They were the most spectacular, fun, interesting and unforgettable 6 days and 5 nights we have experienced!
We had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful state of Chiapas with this agency that I recommend 100% since from the beginning they were very friendly, accessible and attentive with everything we asked for information, they resolved each and every one of the doubts we had about super clear and detailed way of everything they offer and thus enjoy the trip in the best way.
Chiapas Eco Tours offers quality and comfort from the start that goes; From a
vehicle that adjusts to the number of people who make the tour, being super spacious, comfortable and new. Followed by lodging, the hotels offered are equally super nice, quality, comfortable and very safe.
Our adventure through Chiapas was guided by the Guide Operator Alejandro Prado, whom we undoubtedly recommend 100%, he made our trip an unforgettable and unparalleled experience. He is very kind, attentive, funny, respectful, punctual and above all very professional; with a fairly broad and complete knowledge about this beautiful state. Each and every one of his recommendations were spot on.

Hicimos el tour « Vive chiapas » acompañados por Alejandro y nos gustó mucho.
Tuvimos muy buen trato y nos proporcionó explicaciones precisas sobre la cultura de Chiapas.

We did the "Live Chiapas" tour accompanied by Alejandro and we really liked it.

Guides were mixed one polite and the other one rude - but asked for a tip at the end - with tittle but the horse ride round trip on paved streets.

We charish good and warm customer service. That is exactly what we received from Chiapas Ecotour. From the get go, they were very accommodating and flexible with helping us build our 12 day tour. The driver who assisted us , Carlos was exceptional. So much so that we adopted him as past of our family. He was very cautious, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent driver.
