A	Adriana Paloma Díaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con ésta agencia, de "Lujo" no tiene nada, nunca pasaron por nosotros al hotel para iniciar con el primer tour y es día que no me llama ni mucho menos contesta las llamadas, esto sucedió en marzo del 2018 y sigue cerrado el local. A pero eso si, cuando estábamos con eso de las reservaciones si me llamaban a cada rato y hasta en una ocasión la esposa del dueño (que era la que se encargaba de las reservaciones) si me exigió que ya le hiciera el depósito para la liquidación de los tours y de una forma muy grosera cuando ella misma fue la que no me dió fecha límite para realizar el depósito. Yo ya puse mi demanda penal por fraude, denúncienlo por favor, en algún momento tiene que caer y es ahí cuando le harán efectivas todas las demandas. Este tipo resulta ser el dueño del hotel Alessmia Botique, en el que te recibe las dos primeras noches, para luego, realizar parte del tour, harto más tarde de lo prometido y, más encima, en su propio auto, no en el transporte colectivo que corresponde. Llegado el tercer día se olvidó completamente del resto de las actividades, no contesta el teléfono y si lo hace sólo son mentiras porque ya después ni se aparece. Para colmo, la oficina de la Agencia no es para nada presentable, sucia y desordenada, con una encargada que no tiene idea de nada. De verdad, NO contraten nada de esta agencia, tanto en Tuxtla como San Cristóbal de Las Casas hay otras buenas agencias y profesionales. Nunca he imaginado que una agencia turística se atreve a estafarnos a los clientes tan explícitamente sin intentar ocultar nada. El jefe es un CABRON sin duda, quien ha hecho cosas terribles y trampas a muchísima gente. Ya tiene una fama pésima entre los hoteles y los taxistas. Para concluir, si quieres ARRUINAR tu viaje, por favor ve a DE LUJO I have to say that this is the lousy agency in the whole country. Irresponsible and deceitful, with an unfair price. I have never imagined that a tourist agency dares to defraud customers so explicitly without trying to hide anything. F	Felipe Krebs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, pésimo servicio, me estafaron completamente y el encargado nisiqueira ha tenido la dignidad de responderme por lo que me debe, espero más personas se den cuenta y no usen su servicio, y de paso les digo el Hotel Alessmia Boutique nunca lo contraten el servicio es normal pero el dueño es parte de esa agencia y todas las personas del hotel te incitan a que contrates la agencia sabiendo que su jefe (dueño del hotel y socio de la agencia) es un estafador, definitivamente un mal servicio. Ojala las personas lean esto porque es un pésimo servicio. Más encima hay otras agencias que cobran más barato y se ven mucho mas confiables.
