★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un reloj por que tienen mucha variedad y no se podía ajustar la hora, me di cuenta rápido y regrese a la tienda. No tenían más de ese modelo y no me querían regresar mi dinero. Entiendo que no haya cambios ni devoluciones pero cuando te venden algo defectuoso no está bien que te quiera obligar a llevarte algo que no quieres.
Al final después de decirme muchas veces que no se podía me lo regresaron cuando les dije que los denunciara ante profeco.
No recomiendo comprar relojes, ni su atención a cliente.
I bought a watch because they have a lot of variety and the time could not be adjusted, I quickly realized and returned to the store. They didn't have more of that model and they didn't want to return my money to me. I understand that there are no changes or returns but when they sell you something defective it is not right that I want to force you to take something you do not want.
In the end, after telling me many times that I could not return it to me when I told them to denounce them before the prophets.
I do not recommend buying watches, nor their customer service.
