★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran lugar para hospedarse. Es como una segunda casa. No hay ruido y la señorita que nos recibió fue muy amable y resolvió todas mis dudas.
Great place to stay. It is like a second home. There is no noise and the lady who received us was very kind and answered all my doubts.

El problema es que usan filtros de búsqueda para aparecer como “hotel” y están muy lejos de serlo. Cuando reservé decía que incluía tina y alberca, no fue así, la alberca vi que estaban usándola pero a nosotros no nos permitieron el acceso, la seguridad del condominio no te permite hacer uso de ninguna de las instalaciones, no rentas una suite como lo dice el anuncio, rentas el cuarto de un departamento con cero privacidad a un precio elevado.
El desayuno que incluye es fuera de las instalaciones y con el horario muy limitado, la atención es muy informal y no lo recomiendo para nada.
As a bed & breakfast, it is a fairly good option.
The problem is that they use search filters to appear as "hotel" and they are far from it. When I booked it said that it included a bathtub and a pool, it was not like that, the pool I saw that they were using it but they did not allow us access, the security of the condominium does not allow you to use any of the facilities, you do not rent a suite as it says The ad, you rent a room in an apartment with zero privacy at a high price.
The breakfast that it includes is outside the facilities and with very limited hours, the service is very informal and I do not recommend it at all.

I booked a suite in this place for me and my husband on June 29th and it was the worse experience in my life.
I booked a private suite w/ bathroom and kitchen in a certain address, BUT at check in time, the hostess put us in a very different place. They placed us in another address (old and bad maintained building), with shared kitchen AND bathroom. And they didn’t do a least effort to do the promised in our booking. I DON’T think anybody should book anything in this place. Terrible staff and very dishonest!!!! I’m very upset and mad!!!

I tried to get the administrator cancel my booking since the swimming pool was not working and it was the main reason I actually booked it. They have a tricky description so you fall into this SCAM. It makes you think you will get the whole apartament for yourself but it is just a simple room without AC and other things like hairdryer.
