De lo que probé:
El chicharrón es lo mejor; depende de tu paladar y gustos, ya que es mitad carne y mitad grasita en trozos medianos, para mí eso está de lujo. No es nada parecido a lo qué acostumbramos en CDMX y eso es bueno, otra opción de Chicharrón en la capital.
El taco de chicharrón muy rico.
El taco de barbacoa y la carne asada (sirlon) nada especial.
El pico de gallo, sin chile. Las salsas sin sabor picoso.
Comí afuera, en la banqueta, ya qué ahí tienen las mesas, todo se enfría rápido, porqué adentro sólo tienen una barra que no se veía cómoda.
Precios regulares, es Polanco.
Cómo todo, hay puntos a mejorar.

The pico de gallo, without chili. Sauces without spicy flavor.
I ate outside, on the sidewalk, since there are the tables, everything cools quickly, because inside they only have a bar that did not look comfortable.

El taco principal es el chicharrón norteño, el cual no me gustó tanto, tiene mas grasa que los tacos de chicharrón típicos y por ello no encuentro la quinta estrella. El taco de barbacoa y las tortillas de harina para todos los tacos los encontré muy buenos, gran trabajo.
Good food, fast and attentive service. The main taco is the northern pork rind, which I did not like so much, it has more fat than the typical pork rind tacos and therefore I cannot find the fifth star. I found the barbecue taco and the flour tortillas for all the tacos very good, great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the chicharron norteño, I gotta say its the same style that on Culiacán and mazatlan, but the issue i had is that I think the cut on the pork is more fat than meat to get a bigger cut when selling it, on Sinaloa the chicharron that I tried there got a ratio of meat bigger than fat, on these the ratio of fat is bigger than meat or equal, good for some recipes, bad to eat it just like that. Overall it's good and it's a good option to try if you craving for some chicharron, from the north, had some tacos as well and for a quick meal they were good. I do recommend this place, get some chicharrón, make some salsa verde, mix them, put them on some tortillas and enjoy, or just skip the do it yourself part and but the chicharron en salsa verde they have.
